Q: When will my order ship out?

A: Any order submitted prior to 2:00pm PST will ship out the same day, as long as all items are in stock, there are no issues with payment, etc. After 2:00pm PST your order will most likely ship out the next day.

Q: How long will it take for my package to get to me?

A: Typically it takes 5-7 business days for a package to be delivered, but it greatly depends on your location and UPS shipping estimates. Please note that if shipping by UPS there is no guaranteed delivery time.

Q: How is the shipping rate determined?

A: Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of each package through the UPS Global System.

Q: What payment forms do you accept?

A: ONLY Major credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (unfortunately American Express is not accepted on FashionGo), and Discover. No checks, money orders, wire transfers, etc.

Q: Can I do a special/custom cut?

A: Yes. Please contact info@shoplovein.com for availability and details.

Q: Do you ship out samples prior to purchasing?

A: Unfortunately we are unable to offer that at this time, but please feel free to visit our showroom located on 1100 S. San Pedro St #G9, Los Angeles, CA 90015 to view samples!
